Instructions for poster presentations
Dear presenters,
We would like to provide you with some guidance on preparing your poster presentations. Please take a moment to review the details provided below.
General information
- All posters must be displayed and presented on site on-site in Berlin.
- The official language of the event is English. Therefore, the poster presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.
- Poster presenters are requested to bring their own printed poster. It is not possible to print your poster at the workshop venue.
- The workshop will feature two poster sessions. Your poster presentation will be assigned to one of these sessions. Please check the schedule to see which poster session your presentation is in. Poster presenters are expected to stand next to their posters during their assigned poster session.
- Among all the poster presentations in the sessions, the best posters in the categories of “Design” and “Content” will be selected. The awards will be presented at the end of the workshop on Friday, June 19, 2026.
- The presenter of your abstract must register and pay the workshop fee by May 18. If the designated presenter has not registered by then, your presentation will be removed from the program, and no poster board will be provided for your poster at the workshop
Detailed instructions
- Formatting: There is no official poster template for the tandemPV Workshop 2026. However, the posters should be in vertical format according to the DIN A0 standard (841 mm wide x 1189 cm high).Please make sure that the text is large enough to be read from a distance of 1-3 meters.
- Please do not use fabric posters, and please avoid using posters printed on heavy paper, as they may be more difficult to mount.
- Please mount your poster on Wednesday morning, June 17, between 08:00 and 09:00. Mounting materials will be provided.
- To help you locate your poster, signs will be placed on each poster board indicating the author's name, the title of the poster, and the submission ID. To find your submission ID, go to your submission page on the Fourwaves dashboard and select your submission. If you have difficulty finding your poster at the conference, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Poster upload
- Poster presenters are invited to upload their poster in PDF format to the Fourwaves digital conference platform by Friday, June 12, 2026, to be made available to conference participants in the password-protected internal area. The poster PDF must be uploaded in high display quality.
- The poster upload will open approximately four weeks before the workshop. You will receive a notification from the Fourwaves system informing you that you can upload your files.
