* The prices listed above do not include taxes and are subject to a 19% VAT.
** The technical tour will take place the day before the workshop, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Tickets for the tour can be purchased when registering for the workshop.
What is included in the ticket?
Workshop registration includes:
- Access to all workshop sessions as well as the networking, exhibition, and poster area.
- Workshop dinner***
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks.
- Access to the online workshop program including accepted abstracts.
- An digital list of participants.
- Access to a password-secured internal area on the workshop's online platform containing the presentation files (if provided by the author).
*** This excludes workshop day tickets. However, those who purchase a workshop day ticket will have the option to purchase a ticket for the workshop dinner during registration.
Additional information
Pleate note the following:
- The language of the workshop, including its presentations and side events, is English.
- The workshop dinner is included in the full workshop ticket price. As part of your registration, you have the option to register an accompanying person for the workshop dinner for €70 + 19% VAT.
- Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.
- According to European law, all credit card payment transactions must be processed with strong customer authentication called 3-D Secure to increase safety for credit card payments on the Internet for both dealers as well as for customers. Visa calls this procedure "Verified by Visa", MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and American Express "Safekey". If you face problems during the payment process, please contact your bank or credit card company directly.
