What is included in the ticket?
Workshop registration for on-site tickets includes:
- Access to all on-site workshop sessions as well as the networking, exhibition, and poster area
- Workshop dinner***
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks
- Access to the online workshop program including abstracts
- An online list of participants
- Access to a password-secured Internal Area on the website after the workshop including all presentations (if provided by the author)
Workshop registration for online tickets includes:
- Live access to all technical sessions
- Access to the online workshop program including abstracts
- An online list of participants
- Access to a password-secured Internal Area on the website after the workshop including all presentations (if provided by the author)

Tax Information
On-site tickets (including dinner and technical tour)
- Business customers from Belgium with a valid Belgian VAT number: Reverse Charge (tax liability of the recipient of the service).
- Private customers from Belgium without a valid Belgian VAT number: Fees are subject to 21% VAT.
- All other countries: Fees are subject to 21% VAT.
Online tickets
- All customers from Germany: Ticket fees are subject to 19% VAT.
- Business customers from the EU, excluding Germany, with a valid VAT number: Reverse Charge (tax liability of the recipient of the service).
- All customers from non-EU countries: Taxable at the seat of the recipient, if applicable.
- Private customers from the EU without valid VAT number: Ticket fees are subject to 19% VAT.
